FAQ

FAQs

Is this milk pasteurized?

No. We only produce raw milk on this farm. We strive to practice the strictest safety standards to ensure the healthiest and safest raw milk possible. There is always a risk, but we work tirelessly to do our best to eliminate any potential health hazards.

What do you feed your animals?

We feed our ladies a strict diet of HIGH quality alfalfa. Eastern Montana pastures are VERY deficient in the nutrients that dairy cows need to produce on the level our cows do. So we will let them roam the pastures, but they must have access to alfalfa year round. We also give them a specially formulated grain mix while in the stanchion. We work with a nutritionist to ensure they are as healthy as can be!

Do you do farm tours?

Generally speaking, no. Not because we are trying to hide anything…..honestly, we live really far out and we are full-time, very busy farmers. Between the daily activities of running the farm and our homeschooling responsibilities, AND deliveries….we just don’t have time for farm tours.
